1 Keyboard and terminal digital speed regulation mode: f204=0 or 1
in this function parameter setting state, the frequency converter adopts keyboard and terminal digital speed regulation mode. At this time, the speed can be adjusted dynamically through the "▲/▼" keys on the keyboard or the "up" and "down" terminals. Among them, the speed regulation function of "up" and "down" terminals is defined by F408 ~ f415, "up" terminal is equivalent to the "▲" key on the keyboard, "down" terminal is equivalent to the "▼" key on the keyboard
for example, f409=11, op2 is defined as "up" terminal, which is short circuited with cm, and the frequency rises; F410=12, OP3 is defined as "down" terminal, which is short circuited with cm, and the frequency decreases
f204=0, the adjustment results will not be saved after the inverter is powered off
f204=1, save the adjustment results after the frequency converter is powered off
the factory default speed regulation mode of the frequency converter is f204=0
operation control is selected by F200: f200=0 keyboard control/485 communication control, f200=1 terminal control, f200=2 upper computer control
the running direction of keyboard control is selected by f207: f207=0 forward, f207=1 reverse
the terminal control mode is selected by f208: f208=0 two-wire 1, f208=1 two-wire 2, f208=2 three wire 1, f208=3 three wire 2, f208=4 direction pulse control start and stop

2. Multi segment speed regulation: f204=2
multi segment speed regulation is divided into three modes: multi segment speed operation, automatic cycle operation and eight segment speed operation, which are selected by F210: f210=0 multi segment speed operation, f210=1 automatic cycle operation, f210=2 eight segment speed operation

(1) multi stage speed operation: f204=2, f210=0. "Multi segment speed" refers to the seven speeds set inside the frequency converter (its frequency value, acceleration and deceleration time, etc. can be modified by parameters), which are called by the defined "multi segment speed terminal 1", "multi segment speed terminal 2" and "multi segment speed terminal 3". The combination of these three terminals and the status of "cm" short circuited or disconnected can call any section of "multi section speed" respectively

(2) automatic cycle operation: f204=2, f210=1. "Automatic cycle operation" refers to the "multi segment speed" automatic cycle operation, that is, after the "operation" command is given, the frequency converter automatically operates according to the acceleration and deceleration time, operation time, operation frequency and operation direction of "each segment speed" set by the user; If the operation time reaches the set value, the frequency converter will automatically switch between segment speeds. During the automatic operation of the frequency converter, if the "shutdown" command is not given or the high fixed value of f212 is not reached (automatic cycle operation times), the frequency converter will continue to cycle according to the set function code parameters
"automatic cycle operation" can be called by the "run" key or the defined "run" terminal, and automatically released by the f212 setting value, or released by the "stop" key on the keyboard or the defined "stop" terminal
"automatic cycle operation" can realize automatic cycle operation at 2 ~ 7 speeds (set by f211). After reaching the cycle times (set by f212), the frequency converter will automatically stop or maintain stable operation at the last speed frequency (determined by f213)

for example, f211=7, select "seven speed" automatic cycle operation. F212=1000, automatic cycle operation 1000 times. F213=0, automatic shutdown after the cycle operation
when the f1500-g frequency converter executes the "automatic cycle operation" function, if the "shutdown waiting time" is equal to zero, that is, the set values of f305, f311, f317, f323, f329, F355, f341 are 0.0, it will directly switch from this section of speed to the next section of speed without stopping and waiting (as shown in the figure)
if the "shutdown waiting time" is greater than zero, that is, the set values of f305, f311, f317, f323, f329, F355, f341 are greater than 0.0, the frequency converter stops first and then switches to the next speed (as shown in the figure)
if the running directions between segment speeds are different, such as f300=0, f306=1, f312=0, the segment speed switching process must first stop and then switch to the next segment speed, and the switching process executes the forward and reverse switching dead time (F120), as shown in the figure
(3) eight speed operation: f204=2, f210=2. Eight segment speed operation consists of seven segment speed frequencies and target frequency F113, which are also called by the defined "multi segment speed terminal 1", "multi segment speed terminal 2" and "multi segment speed terminal 3". The combination of these three terminals and the status of "cm" short circuited or disconnected can call any of the eight speeds respectively

when multi-stage speed regulation and digital speed regulation are jointly controlled (f343=0), the operating frequency of each speed is the sum of the multi-stage speed setting frequency and the digital frequency setting value. The digital frequency setting value is set by F344, and the setting range is 0.00 ~ 20.00hz
when multi-stage speed regulation and analog speed regulation are jointly controlled (f343=1), the operating frequency of each stage speed is the sum of the multi-stage speed setting frequency and the analog value of an2 channel. The setting range of an2 analog value is 0 ~ 10V (given by external equipment through an2 channel), and the corresponding frequency is 0 ~ 10Hz

Among them, the voltage type analog quantity can be given by the external potentiometer or the potentiometer of the keyboard controller, or by the analog quantity output by other devices. The current type analog quantity can be given by the corresponding sensor or by the output of other control equipment
Whenf204=3, analog speed regulation signal is input through terminal "an1"; When f204=4, analog speed regulation signal is input through terminal "an2"; F204=10 is used to select keyboard potentiometer analog (VK) speed regulation (single-phase frequency converter without built-in braking unit and three-phase 11 ~ 110KW frequency converter have no "J2" jumper terminal, and keyboard potentiometer analog (VK) selection is set by function code f204)
